BANTENG

The banteng camp is situated on Cobourg Peninsula a 1 hour charter flight from Darwin. It is situated on a small cliff overlooking picturesque waters of Port Essington.

The camp is of cabin style with double beds, hot showers and an open dinning area in a bush setting. Generator power is used for fridges, freezers and fans. All linen is provided.
The deserted sandy beach in front of the camp is a delight for those who like beachcombing for shells and oysters. The waters are clear and schools of fish and small sharks and dolphins can be seen cruising the shores.

There is also the occassional crocodile to be seen so swimming is at “clients discretion”. The sunsets over the bay are sensational.
